One-on-one training and coaching of a Three Section Plan to learn how to a) define and implement better marketing strategies, b) create a more effective website, and c) run a successful marketing campaign. Includes tailored training for you and your particular business, action planning, implementation and support.

  2. Clients: Target markets, retaining existing customers, new customer acquisition.
  3. Cash Flow: Cash flow strategies, payments, revenue streams, policies & value.
  4. Tools: Online & offline marketing, competitor & customer research.
  5. Branding: Branding & promotional material evaluation, strategy, positioning & credibility.
  6. Systems: Sales processes, loyalty and referral programmes.

On completion, clients will have the knowledge to identify their points of difference and target market(s), implement effective marketing strategies and processes to help attract new clients, retain existing clients, communicate effectively, enhance their cash flow, and build their brand.

Each of the Three Sections has been allocated 8 hours, but duration is flexible for your specific needs. Training is tailored to your specific business needs, and can be completed either in person, via the telephone, or online via Skype. In-person sessions are preferably conducted at your premises for access to relevant information and to learn more about your business.
