We provide one-on-one coaching for business owners to help improve their marketing strategies, create fresh ideas, guidance on business direction, action planning, implementation and support. We take you through these six essential training topics, and support your learning and implementation through tailored coaching sessions.

  4. Branding • Branding evaluation • Promotional material evaluation
  5. Cash Flow • Cash flow strategies • Revenue streams
  6. Systems & Processes • Sales processes • Timeline and action plans

Key learning outcomes include how to implement effective marketing strategies and processes to attract new clients, retain existing clients, communicate effectively, enhance your cash flow, and build your business.

Training: Option A) 6 x 1 hour sessions over 3 or 6 months = $960.00 + GST (NZD)

Option B) 6 x 2 hour sessions over 3 or 6 months = $1,920.00 + GST (NZD)

Coaching: Option A) 2 hours per month for 3 months = $960.00 + GST (NZD)

Option B) 2 hours per month for 6 months = $1,920.00 + GST (NZD)

Choose both a Training and a Coaching option to suit your situation. The Coaching sessions will be tailored to your specific business needs as we work through the Training Programme. Both Training and Coaching sessions can be completed either in person, via the telephone, or online via Skype. In-person sessions are preferably conducted at your premises for access to relevant information and to learn more about your business.

Traction Business Acceleration Limited offers services that are registered for the NZTE Capability Development Voucher Scheme.*

Small businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners, operators and key managers.

The Capability Voucher Funding helps business owners to access business training and coaching services, by providing them with up to a 50% subsidy towards the registered service cost.
